He went on to teach science at Upper Arlington, Hastings Middle School and Big Walnut Middle School in Central Ohio
-- Wes has a great understanding of students with learning disabilities as he struggled with dyslexia his entire life. Had it not been for extraordinary teachers and opportunities such as sports and other enrichment programs that allowed him to excel in different ways, he may not have made it into college.

About Vehicle For Change

Vehicle For Change is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that currently serves over 40,000 young people annually. We have been providing educational services to young people since 1999. We operate camps, outdoor education, STEM workshops, character education and school fundraisers. Our instructors are a professional group of educators dedicated to improving the quality of life for young people. Our mission is to teach principle-centered life and leadership skills and build those principles into the center of peoples lives and relationships with others. It is our strong belief that for young people to thrive academically and successfully transition into the global workplace of today (and tomorrow) they need to become more responsible, creative, and tolerant of differences. They need to increase their ability to think independently, learn how to set goals, take initiative, get along with others, and solve problems.
